• What does ' socialworkplace ' mean to you ?

 For me , it's a great opportunity to shared With all employees of my company and it's also cheaper and you can reduce time , no more long meeting .

• Of the HR element on slides 8 thru 12 Which one do you feel you The most impact ? Why?

The most impact for me is part of the solution but it's also part of the problem. Many companies in Mexico , want to invest in tecnology , but they can not, because could be expensive . Other problem With the tecnology in the companies is the training , they forget  training their employees in the news planforms .
