The most impact for me is part of the solution but it's also part of the problem. Many companies in Mexico , want to invest in tecnology , but they can not, because could be expensive . Other problem With the tecnology in the companies is the training , they forget  training their employees in the news planforms .

 Generation C is a mindset , they are based on the assumptions to create, share and connect with others, this belief is reflected in their culture.

        2.-What are the characteristics and motivations of Gen C? How is this a cultural shift?

This  generation is characterized by its power consumption , in terms of using technology to create content , build community and be connected all the time 

3.- Why is sharing important to Gen C? What are the implications for personal privacy and security?

They grew up with the technology available and they learned to express in it. They found a way for other owns share with likes , interests or tastes.
